We are big on transparency - by being up front with our costs, vendors know exactly what it will cost to work with us. This encourages our sales consultants to really focus on building excellent customer relationships and providing excellent service.
We put a lot of our focus on technology to help reduce costs, but to also make real estate easier for our sales consultants to do their job. We've leveraged digital platforms for marketing, sales, and customer communication, making the process more streamlined and efficient.
